STRUM, J. -- This is a suit in equity seeking the specific performance of a contract to convey certain lands on which is located a hotel known as the Osborne House in the City of Daytona Beach, together with all furnishings in said hotel contained. The purchaser, DHuy, was complainant below and is appellant here. After the pleadings were settled and the testimony of the parties taken, the chancellor entered a final decree dismissing the bill. This appeal is from that decree.
